Episode 12 - Interview mit Mareike Solbach über Veränderungsprojekte

Projekte sind immer auch Veränderung. Grundlage von fast allen Projekten ist es, ein Ziel zu erreichen, ein Produkt oder eine Dienstleistung bereitzustellen, ein Ergebnis vorzuweisen, welches vor der Durchführung des Projektes noch nicht existiert hat. Nicht immer geht es hier um die Schaffung von völlig neuem, noch die dagewesenem. Oftmals sind es “einfach” Veränderungen von etabliertem und von gewohntem, welche als Projekt durchgeführt werden. Nicht selten wenden sich Unternehmen bei Veränderungsvorhaben an externe Berater. Diejenigen Hörer unter euch, welche wie ich, in dieser Branche tätig sind, dürften daher ein besonders hohes Interesse an der heutigen Folge des PMPODs haben. Ich führe ein Gespräch mit Mareike Solbach von der Wibas IT Maturity Services GmbH und es geht um viele bekannte und nicht so bekannte Fallstricke aber auch Lösungsansätze in solchen Veränderungsprojekten.

Frau Solbachs Ansicht, dass ein “Big Bang” immer schlechter ist als eine “Schritt für Schritt”-Einführung kann ich nicht teilen - schliesslich ist es einfach unmöglich, mit mehreren kleinen Schritten über einen tiefen Graben zu springen. Man stelle sich einmal vor, dass bei der Umstellung von Links- auf Rechtsverkehr in Schweden 1967 beispielsweise erst innerorts, dann auf Landstrassen und zuletzt auf Autobahnen umgestellt worden wäre.
